The Parks completes letting to Allay Claims

Bilsdale Properties have completed the letting of the whole of unit 7 The Parks, Haydock to Newcastle headquartered Allay Claims Ltd for a new contact centre to allow for the growth of the company into new areas of business.

7 The Parks is a newly refurbished self contained office suite comprising 3,523sqft with Allay completing their move shortly after the refurbishment works completed with the office park now once again close to full occupancy.
