Existing occupier Allay Insurance has expanded it’s presence by taking 5,727sqft in addition to it’s existing office of 3,523sqft, whilst construction, infrastructure and support services firm, Robertson, has taken a five-year lease on a newly refurbished ground and first floor unit. With a further 3 suites currently under offer this leaves just 2 suites now available at the scheme, which is located near Warrington.
The Parks, situated at junction 23 of the M6, between Manchester and Liverpool comprises of 120,000 sq ft of office accommodation in 15 self-contained buildings. Roberston joins Allay Insurance along with commercial auctioneers, Pugh, specialist equipment hire provider, Speedy, Arrow Communications, Lorum Europe, Intrinsic Technology, Seneca Partners and two solicitors firms, Halsall and Woodward.
Richard Wharton, director at JLL, said: “The Parks benefits from a strategic location at the junction of the A580 East Lancs Road and the M6, mid-way between the two key north west commercial centres, with less than half an hour’s drive to both Manchester and Liverpool.
“There’s currently a healthy demand for out of town office accommodation in the North West, however supply remains relatively low. The Allay expansion and Robertson letting are examples of the strong opportunities for landlords able to bring quality refurbished stock to market while the pace of development in the region picks up speed.”
