Cycle hub for The Parks Haydock

Cyclists at The Parks are now able to benefit from the creation of a brand new cycle hub. A former plant room has been converted into a secure cycle store with changing facilities and lockers for all staff based on site to utilise. Occupiers include Speedy Hire, Scott Rees Solicitors, Arrow Communications, Robertson, Halsall Solicitors and Seneca.
Richard Wharton of joint letting agents JLL commented “Wellbeing, staff amenity and travel options for coming to and from the office are key factors for tenants looking at workplace strategy and relocation. The addition of a cycle hub to The Parks adds a valuable resource which is already being utilised by keen cyclists and will be an additional attraction to occupiers looking to relocate their business to the scheme”
Simon Roddam of joint letting agents BE Group added:

“The bicycle hub at The Parks will provide a safe and secure bike store for occupiers working on the estate, and a convenient modern facility for people to get showered and changed. Not many Business Parks in the local area offer this kind of shared facility, and from the feedback we receive from office occupiers, we know this is a big tick in the box for staff wellbeing.”
